The Technology and Commercial department brings together several
specialist areas to advise clients on the legal issues that arise
in the daily operations of their business. We have particular
expertise in communications, information technology, intellectual property, data
protection and freedom of information, broadcasting and media,
betting and gaming, healthcare, commercial contracts and outsourcing.
We work closely with UK and international clients to understand
their business objectives and regard our substantial knowledge of
their industry as central to this. We combine high quality legal
skills with practical and technical experience - indeed many of our
lawyers have been seconded to work as in-house counsel at key
clients of the firm.
