Ashurst advised Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited in its
capacity as underwriter on the Avoca CLO IX Limited, a
multi-tranche CLO managed by Avoca Capital Holdings and comprising
notes with a total value of €300 million.
The Ashurst securities and structured finance team was led by
