Ashurst advised William Hill on the resolution of its dispute with
Playtech relating to Playtech's interests in William Hill online.
In consequence, the injunction secured by William Hill against
certain Playtech group companies has been discharged.
In addition, the parties have agreed to certain changes to the
agreement which grants greater flexibility to its respective
operations. This should create further commercial opportunities for
the parties.
