Ashurst is advising Markit on its agreement to acquire Cadis, the
global data management specialist.
Established in 2007, Cadis' EDM platform consolidates data from
multiple sources within a centralised software hub, providing users
with transparent and auditable data.
The Ashurst team was led by corporate partner Jonathan Earle, assisted by
associates Sian Williams and Yoana Yoshovska. Chief economist Mat
Hughes and senior associate Charlie Hammond advised on antitrust
aspects. Partner Dominic Batchelor and associate Chris Ingram
advised on commercial issues. Advice on employment and incentives
