Ashurst Stockholm (Ashurst Advokatbyrå AB) opened in January 2007
and is a separate entity affiliated with Ashurst LLP. There are
currently more than 25 lawyers including three
partners. Jon Ericson is managing partner in Stockholm.
The office specialises in company law, M&A and private equity,
real estate, commercial and corporate, IP/IT,
competition/antitrust, employment, banking, leveraged and
structured finance, project finance, tax, and litigation and
arbitration.
