Ashurst Stockholm (Ashurst Advokatbyrå AB) opened in January 2007
and is a separate entity affiliated with Ashurst LLP. The team was
formed by way of lateral recruitments from leading international
and domestic firms in Stockholm.
There are currently more than 25 lawyers including eight
partners.
Jon Ericson is managing
partner in Stockholm and the other resident partners are
Martin Börresen,
Pontus Bergsten,
Mat Hansson, Mats Johnsson and Eric Halvarsson. All of
our lawyers in Stockholm are bilingual in Swedish and English.
The Stockholm team focuses on public and private M&A,
private equity, equity capital markets,
finance, restructuring and special
situations, and energy, transport & infrastructure (ETI).
