Robert Ogilvy Watson is the
managing partner of Ashurst Hong
Kong. He has
been based in Hong Kong since 2008, prior to which he was a
partner in London. Robert specialises in advising
corporate clients and financial institutions in relation to
cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity and
securities transactions, including IPOs and secondary offerings.
He was Secretary to the UK Takeover Panel from 2002 to 2004 and
has particular expertise in relation to public company
takeovers and mergers.
