Peter Junghänel is managing partner of Ashurst Germany and
member of the real estate group in Frankfurt. He
specialises in acquisitions and divestitures of real property by
way of share or asset deal, sale and lease-back transactions,
commercial leases and all property related transactions and
contracts.
Peter also has considerable experience in corporate law and
commercial contracts. He advises a wide range of domestic German
and international clients, including open and closed ended funds.
He is a qualified German Rechtsanwalt and also qualified as a
solicitor in England and Wales.
Before joining Ashurst in 2000, Peter worked with another
international law firm in Frankfurt. He was seconded for a year to
Ashurst London in 2001/2002.
