Mark Elsey is head of the energy, transport and infrastructure department and also heads the projects and PFI/PPP groups at Ashurst. He has considerable experience of transport, infrastructure and energy projects and has advised on a significant number of projects in Europe and Africa. His clients include government agencies, municipal authorities, funders, sponsors and contractors.
