Anthony Clare is a partner in the corporate department in London, having previously helped
launch the firm's New York office where he was resident from
1999-2000. Anthony specialises in M&A and corporate finance, both
public and private, including IPOs, equity issues, acquisitions and
disposals, acting for corporate clients and investment banks.
He is also a member of Ashurst's healthcare practice.
Anthony sits on the management board of Ashurst, and is a trustee
Director of Curve Theatre, Leicester and The Babraham Institute,
Cambridge.
