Charlie Geffen is Ashurst's senior partner and a member of the corporate department in London. He has advised many of the leading buy-out houses in the UK and the US as well as domestic and overseas corporate clients. He has wide experience of corporate and commercial activities, with particular emphasis on leveraged buy-outs, cross-border transactions, fundraising, mergers and acquisitions and other corporate finance matters.

He was head of Ashurst's private equity and buy-outs practice until his election as senior partner in 2009.
