Laurent Mabilat is a partner practising in the finance department in Paris. He specialises in cross-border finance transactions and their restructuring, advising senior or junior lenders, borrowers, financial sponsors, agents and trustees or debt investors. Laurent has particular expertise in restructurings involving the conversion of debt into equity and creditor-led solutions. Laurent has also considerable experience of acquisition and leveraged finance transactions involving both listed and unlisted companies. Laurent is an avocat at the Paris bar.
