Michel Lequien is a partner and heads the energy, transport and infrastructure department in Paris. He has particular expertise in infrastructure projects and has wide experience in concession and other PPP projects in the transport, accommodation and water sectors in France.

In addition, Michel has extensive experience of international projects and privatisation operations in the water and energy sectors in emerging economies, in particular in Central and Eastern Europe and Africa. Michel is an avocat at the Paris Bar.
