Tom Glushko is a partner in the finance department in New
York. His practice covers public finance and municipal
financial products. He represents financial institutions with
regard to financial and derivative products with an emphasis on
the repackaging of municipal securities and the development of
municipal derivatives and other synthetic structures, including
tender option bonds (TOB) and total return swaps (TRS).
Tom helped structure and launch a number of secondary market TOB
programmes featuring alternative gain share, liquidity and credit
enhancement structures. He has also advised clients on the
development of a range of new secondary market financial products
using the ISDA document architecture.
Tom is admitted to the Bar of New York and of California.
