Bill Gray is a partner in the finance department in New York. His practice covers derivatives and derivative product transactions, which typically involve the creation and structuring of complex financial instruments and structured financing techniques.

Bill also advises on municipal derivatives products and has participated in numerous structured finance transactions involving consumer assets, equipment leases, tax-exempt bonds and leases, trade receivables and real estate property tax receivables, among others.

Bill is admitted to the New York Bar.
