Isabelle Lentz is a partner in the corporate department and a registered Luxembourg and European lawyer. Her principal fields of activity are Luxembourg corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, banking law and specialised investment funds and investment companies. Isabelle focuses on private-equity transactions and regularly advises private equity clients in relation to the setting-up of unregulated private-equity funds and acquisition/financing structures. Isabelle further specialises in joint ventures, corporate restructurings, corporate reorganisations, financings and re-financings. Isabelle also advises major international corporations in relation to their general corporate affairs, migrations, mergers and general cross-border transactions. She speaks English, German and French.
